each man’s joy is joy to me, each man’s grief is my own
we took a ferry to staten island. rode a bus a few blocks in. went to an awesome vintage shop. Everything Goes, its certainly worth the free ferry ride. and i got ryan the polka dot hat in the left hand corner of the last picture. i thought it would be a nice twin to his soccer hat.
back on the main island we went to the david byrne “playing the building” exhibit. my second visit that week. Creative Time was hosting a private viewing and we got in, the powers of our racial diversity are surely what did it. on the balcony we asked a man to take a polaroid, i had very specific instructions. he couldnt find which button to press and he asked me to put his hand on it, i did, he took the photo. after his lady friend said “how nice of you to let a blind man take a picture”.

generally the sexual chemistry Yaniv Schulman and i share is comprable to that of a cricket and a cayote. that night we were like cougars in the wild.
esao andrews
ive always thought that this one was a self portrait
and this one feels like jake and dinos chapman in painting
except that the tiwns arent conjoined by a vagina or an anus
which i think works
and this is just great, isnt it?
i ran into esao in williamsburg yesterday /we talked of love and spite and moving and isolation
i had the pleasure of making out with him last year, on my stoop, right before leaving for Israel
he later told me that i was unicorn and to date that is the most memorable thing anyones ever said about me
please do check out his work/ if youre in LA a new piece of his is in a group show, info below
